All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours via USPS or UPS and the estimated time for transit is 3 to 7 days. Notifications of shipping status and progress will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Return & Exchange Policy
Elephant Walk Inc. strives to provide the highest quality items created to the strictest production standards. However, if an item is received and found to be defective, please contact us within 15 days of the date of order via email at info@elephantwalk.net or complete the CONTACT form on our website, include your order number, a brief description of the defect, and a photo if possible. Please note: our leather items are made of genuine cowhide, grazed in a native manner, and may have naturally occurring variations that add to the character and personality of the item and are not considered defects.
Any returned item must be in original, new, unused condition. Elephant Walk Inc. reserves the right to refuse the return of any item that is not in original, new, unused condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
